Safe Place

Access to Safe Places across our community is essential to youth who may be facing crisis.

Safe Place’s can be found throughout the community, designated by the yellow and black sign, and provide immediate safety for youth ages 12-21 in danger.

Employees at each site connect young people to Synergy Services for assistance and support upon requesting a Safe Place.

Accessing a Safe Place location can connect you to resources such as emergency housing and mental health services. Our team can help with gathering vital documents, benefit application assistance, healthcare, transportation to drop-in centers, and referrals to community programs.

Our Street
Outreach Services

Synergy Services’ Street Outreach team provides support for unhoused and unstably housed youth. When a youth calls our hotlines to resolve crisis, they are connected with team members ready to help. Our team, along with partner agencies, works to provide case management to youth in need of safe shelter and support services.
