Find Safe & Supportive Housing
Safe, Accessible Housing for Teens and Young Parents with Housing Insecurity Is the First Step In Building Long-Term Stability.
Transitional Housing Program
Access to safe and stable housing as well as support services is essential for teens and young adults
Our Transitional Housing Program is here for youth (16-21) and families (parents and/or expectant parents must be 16-21 years of age) across the community facing homelessness or housing instability.
This long-term housing program provides stable housing for 18 months, along with case management, therapy services, access to the Teens & Tots Clinic, advocacy, and access to all wrap-around services.
Stability provides the opportunity to transition from homelessness to successful independent living as an adult. When youth enter the Transitional Living Program they gain access to a fully furnished apartment. When they graduate from the program, they can take everything with them.Â

This program also provides:
Weekly Life Skills Groups
Food Pantry Access
Laundry Facilities
Budgeting / Financial Aid
Job Support
Transportation Support
Educational Goal Support
Teen Parent Support and Parenting Education
