Street Outreach

Community-based Outreach for Youth

Our SOS team provides community-based outreach and case management to homeless youth throughout Greater Kansas City. The team provides basic necessities and assists the young person in reaching educational, vocational and housing goals.

For youth that want to get off the street, the team provides a bridge to Synergy House, our youth shelter.
