Mental health affects how each of us think, feel and act. Our mental health helps us determine how we manage stress, relate and interact with those around us and make healthy choices. Our mental health is physical health.Yet, all too often there is a stigma around mental health. 

It’s time to talk about it. 

Synergy Services has teamed up once again with KC Current & Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City to host Sideline the Stigma on August 26, 2023. We hope YOU will join young people from across the community in leading the conversation. 

Join us in a day dedicated to eliminating the stigmas around behavioral health as we Sideline the Stigma right here in Kansas City. 

Meet the KC Current players, get your body moving in our movement session, create within our art studio, spend time in the recording studio discussing music & mental health, visit the kitchen to talk about food & mood, join in on the chance to win exclusive FREE raffle items, leave with a one-of-a-kind KC Current t-shirt and make an impact on the Kansas City community. 

All attendees will be required to complete a permission slip upon registering. If under the age of 18 years old, a permission slip and media release will be required from a parent or guardian.
