Children’s Center

 

Peer Mentor – This position provides peer mediation services for youth participating in residential programs, models safe, respectful boundaries, provides support for residential crisis line, facilitates group discussions and house meetings with basic understanding of assertive, non-threatening intervention and interacts with youth in an effective healthy manner in implementing daily program activities. Flexible evening and weekend hours. Selected candidate must be between the ages of 16-20 years of age, pass a background check and Family Care Safety Registry screening, fingerprint screen, drug screen and have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
