October is domestic violence awareness month
More than 16 million people in the United States experience some form of intimate partner abuse per year. In our community, our Domestic Violence Programs work every day to provide safety, shelter, and services for families to process and heal from trauma.

About our Domestic VIolence Programs
The Domestic Violence Housing Program was built in 2019 to address this barrier and is home to 25 independent living apartments. Victim-Survivors and their families can enter the Domestic Violence Housing Program and gain access to rent and utility assistance for up to two years, as well as therapy, case management, preschool programming, advocacy, and additional wrap-around services.
