Assistant Program Manager: 1 FT Position (hours worked listed below) – Responsible for providing supervision and management of program to assure quality of services. Position will assist the Campus Manager in day-to-day operations of the center. Attend and participate in weekly advocate staff meetings. Position must model safe, respectful boundaries in accordance with Synergy Services, Inc. policies, procedures and philosophies. Provide support to clients, direct and monitor the Aftercare Program, schedule and coordinate activities, supervise the 24 hr. crisis line, client intakes and discharges and participate in weekly case review. Assist in interviewing, hiring, evaluating performance both annually and ongoing, disciplining, termination of all back up staff for the Children’s Center. Employee must be comfortable conducting educational and recreational groups for both children and adults. Complete intakes/discharges and monitors documentation.

Per licensing requirements, must have one of the following: a Bachelor’s degree and minimum one year of work experience in a residential treatment agency for children and youth (OR) two years college and minimum two years of work experience in a residential treatment agency for children or youth (OR) a high school diploma and minimum three years of work experience in a residential treatment agency for children or youth.

Must be at least 21 years of age, consent to drug, fingerprinting and background checks, Children’s Division (Central Registry/Child Abuse) have a valid Class E driver’s license (within 30 days from date of hire) and proof of insurance. Applicants must be CPR, First Aid and Med Tech Certified within 30 days of hire and be in on-call rotation every 4-6 weeks.
